We coordinate with the Board of Directors, the Annual Meeting Coordinator and the Annual Meeting Host Committee to manage and negotiate contract for services, hotel/on-site logistics, design and develop annual meeting publications, such as program book and content, signs, plaque and badges, and develop and solicit conference advertising and sponsorships.
