Kelly Polzin

Kelly Polzin brings a meticulous eye for detail and a proven track record in executive management and strategic leadership to her role as Senior Account Manager at Western Skies Strategies (WSS). She is instrumental in building and managing membership databases for several WSS clients, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.

Born and raised on a potato and barley farm in South Central Colorado, Kelly developed a passion for agriculture early on. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University (CSU), where she was actively involved in various agricultural clubs and teams. Kelly's career has spanned roles in commercial cattle feeding operations in Texas and Canada, laboratory work, veterinary assistance, administrative duties, and customer service in the ag-lending field. She has also demonstrated her dedication to agriculture through volunteer work with County 4-H fairs, organizing the American Agri-Women National Convention, and participating in local church activities.

At WSS, Kelly excels in operational efficiency, project management, and team leadership, driving organizational growth and optimizing processes to achieve strategic objectives. Her attention to detail ensures that all WSS operations run smoothly and effectively.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys photography, gardening, sports, hunting, and helping with tasks on the family farm or ranch. She currently resides in Wichita, Kansas with her husband and two children.
