Kelly Fogarty

Kelly Fogarty serves as the Vice President of Western Skies Strategies (WSS), where she manages the firm’s staff and client portfolio. In this role, she ensures that client objectives and goals are met while applying effective business and executive management skills.

Kelly grew up working on her family's 5th generation beef cattle ranch in Oakdale, California, learning first-hand the intricacies of both the physical and business aspects of the industry. She graduated from UCLA with a degree in Environmental Studies and a minor in Political Science. During her time at UCLA, Kelly gained valuable experience through internships with the Los Angeles Dodgers and both the state and D.C. offices of California Senator Dianne Feinstein. After graduation, Kelly lived and worked in Washington DC, furthering her influence in public policy and strategic communications.

Kelly’s expertise in operations and logistics has been pivotal in executing complex events, ensuring smooth operations from inception to completion. She also manages the logistics of federal agency financial agreements and government agency relations. Kelly serves in many staffing roles with WSS clients, from Executive Vice President to senior lead on operations. She is actively involved with her local agricultural community, serving as the 1st Vice President of her County Farm Bureau.
