Autumn Henke serves as Deputy Associate at Western Skies Strategies (WSS), where she brings strong skills in logistics, project execution, and operational support. A graduate of Montana State University Billings with a B.S. in Business Administration – Management, Autumn contributes a grounded, hands-on perspective drawn from experience in engineering, construction, legal, and agriculture sectors.

Autumn grew up on a wheat and pulse crop farm in Northern Montana, where early responsibilities taught her the value of hard work, adaptability, and problem-solving—qualities she brings to every project at WSS. Her background in fast-paced, detail-driven environments has shaped her ability to streamline processes, manage moving parts, and ensure nothing gets overlooked.

Whether she’s coordinating cross-functional teams, managing complex logistics, or navigating data and deadlines, Autumn is known for her precision, dependability, and calm under pressure. Her agricultural roots and thoughtful approach make her a steady, solutions-oriented contributor to the success of WSS’s client initiatives.

Outside of work, Autumn enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family—whether floating the river or relaxing at the lake. Her energy, versatility, and steady presence make her a valuable part of the WSS team.
